It fits my Acer E15 Aspire 15.6 inch laptop very well. There is a bit of room in the case so the laptop will move around a bit, but that's okay. I bought it to protect when traveling and to keep my laptop in my backpack. It is made of a neoprene-like material, neoprene, which should resist water or moisture very well. Not sure how the zip part will hold up, but it's a very good case. I'm glad I bought this instead of the Revain Basic case as I was concerned about the fit and finish. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for a stunning case. Yes, the case smells strong, but all you have to do is air it out. We had neoprene seat covers for our truck that smelled the same. Just let it air out and you're good.
