Being a complete fashion novice in the realm of athletic wear, I was thrilled to find the FEETCITY online store. Their merchandise and customer service have been subpar in my experience. Although they have a wide variety of clothes, shoes, and jewelry, the quality of their items is poor. I bought a pair of sneakers, and after only a few uses, they started falling apart. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and unresponsive. The process of returning an item was difficult, took too much time, and cost me money. My time spent on FEETCITY has been mostly annoying and unsatisfying. If you are unfamiliar with the world of athletic clothing, I would advise you to proceed with care when shopping at this store.
