I needed a new chair and since it had such good reviews I got it. I thought it would be better and last longer than the cheaper $99 you get at other big local stores, but I have to admit I was wrong. In the end I just couldn't take it anymore and had to send it back. Pros: - The backrest of this chair is the only reason it got 2 stars from me. In my opinion, the mesh back is what you would expect on a $300 or $400 chair. It was very comfortable and thanks to the lumbar support I felt all round support. The sides of the backrest are curved just enough so that I don't bang my elbows on the back of the chair when I recline or move. Roller skate style wheels were a very nice addition to this chair. They allowed the chair to roll over almost any surface very easily, which was one of the nicest features of the chair. The headrest is really good, fully adjustable and complements the back of the chair perfectly. Cons: - Casters are both pros and cons due to their construction. This made the chair sit much higher than I was expecting, which caused my backs of my legs to hurt from tipping my legs down. feel a bit cheap. The entire headrest wobbles just by hitting the chair, making it look like it's about to fall over. The armrests themselves were fine, but the way they attached to the bottom of the chair made me balk at using them. They were simply bolted to the thin plywood seat and every time I squeezed them even slightly I could hear the wood cracking and felt like they would just fall off the chair if I wasn't careful and put too much weight on them. Last but not least, the seat of the chair was the reason it lost 3 stars. It looked like a really thin piece of styrofoam was placed on top of a piece of plywood and held together with fabric. It was thin, stiff, and with all the parts attached to the seat (armrests, backrest, etc.), the chair seemed to be falling apart after only a few months of use. Conclusion: I cannot recommend this chair. anyone, to be perfectly honest. It looks like a chair you can buy for $99, but you don't really expect it to last. I used it for four days and just couldn't take it anymore so I had to send it back. By the fourth day my entire lower half was numb and EXTREMELY sore after sitting for over an hour or two. To me it's just not worth the money they are currently charging. My suggestion for the company would be to invest more in a better seat, made from better materials and with a thicker cushion. The seat is the most important part of the chair as everything attached to it is used the most compared to other parts of the chair.
