I read the reviews and wear 3x so I ordered 5x, I could get by with 4x but I like loose sweaters that compress lengthwise and probably won't stay pulled up when working and bending over but I tuck in my thermos rarely go in unless it's very cold, I got a couple of tall men from a local shop these days, the bottom line is order more and you'll be happy with it, others have said it's thin but I believe this is a normal thickness compared to any other thermos I have ever bought
