They do their job well but if I didn't need the non pink ones for my husband and 14 year old son I would have ordered the cheaper ones. They become less abrasive with use, I feel so clean after my shower and finally don't strain my arms trying to reach my back. I just wash them alone on a mild detergent and hang them to dry so I expect them to last a long time, they are very good quality.
