These little guys are going to be awesome. The problem is that other lights only shine straight down. So you will see how they stick to the bottom of your closet. They have a 45 degree angle which allows you to mount them on the front of the bottom so that they shine down but backwards. This will eliminate and hide the ugly streaks hanging down the middle of the closet. We haven't been able to install it yet because we want to use it in the garage and it's too cold to work with it at the moment. They come with 3M tape, which doesn't stick, but they can also be attached with screws on each end, which we'll use instead. I look forward to installing them. After receiving them we hung them in the kitchen and they cast LOTS of even light on the counters. We're going to drill a small hole in the edge of the wiring closets to keep them hidden as well. Should be great for task lighting. I wish I could find those exact lights in zwave RGBWW. I would buy it for my kitchen! Also, it would be nice if they came with small set screws. So be sure to buy them before installation, because the tape is garbage.
