I wanted to wear a plain strap (instead of my diamond strap) to work. I am a nurse and I wash my hands several times a day. The ring is true to size, comfortable and beautiful. The quality is good as it holds up well. This is not a thick or heavy band. However, it's not super thin either. I first bought one from a local jeweler and it turned out to be heavier than I wanted. I bought one online from another company through Revain. When I received it it was too thin with sharp edges. This one is perfect! I have a 14k white gold bracelet, 2mm. I have small hands so this is a treat. I LOVE IT!
