I really like this bag, wasn't sure I would like it but now I'm so glad I bought it, the size is perfect, me thought xsmall would not spacious enough but it is ideal, more would be too big, I can carry my zipped purse, order a phone and have more than enough space for other things, the compartments are easy to reach, the material washes well. spill, leave no stains. I have 5 herniated discs in my neck and 4 in my lower back, I've tried so many bags but after a few hours I realized they cause discomfort in my neck, they are very comfortable and not burdensome. Neck or back, the style might not be as big as a runway show but whoever came up with the design for people with bad spines nailed it, love it and will probably buy another one in a different color. The materials and workmanship are excellent and should stand up to a few years of wear and tear.
