I would give it a 4.5 but without the option I'll take a 5. It was very helpful in arranging my 10 day, 6 day trip to a hotel/place abroad. . The quality seems a little flimsy but it exceeded all my expectations. Lightning worked flawlessly; I had enough sizes to use them; Pattern/color was tolerable. The only thing that seemed useless was the shoe bag. If you're taller than women's size 9, don't rely on it to work. .and who only travels with one pair of shoes? My sneakers and flip flops were too tight for my comfort. But no problem, there were more bags to use and everything was fine on my holiday. The purchase was very, very reasonable. If they had more options than blue with flowers and pink with flowers, I would send them as gifts to others. Seller is limited to pattern/color options. This is a great product. Enjoy and be organized. I highly recommend them.
