I don't usually do product reviews but just wanted to warn future buyers that if you're unlucky and run into problems with your ASUS, support customers don't care. . I took good care of my laptop, but four months after buying it, the display started having problems. During the warranty period, the only repair locations are in New York and you must send in the laptop. Asus, meanwhile, refuses to hand over the laptop for use, even though the problem was its design. That means I'll have to wait more than three weeks for my computer during a pandemic, when most people's careers and activities depend on access to a computer. I'm a graduate student and needed to borrow other people's laptops for class. Communication with ASUS is minimal. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone because this year has been tough enough without a big, resourceful company treating their customers like this.
