I hardly use this, had it just incase I need a tire blown up on the car, tractor, bike, wheelbarrow, 4 wheeler. so mostly it just sits around. Had it for 6 months and the on off switch got very ify. You would have to turn it on and off a bunch of times to get it to actually click on. The other day (now had for 11 months) it would not turn on at all. it turned on for about 3 seconds, went off and started to smoke. I was gonna throw it out and buy a new one, when I put in a call to the company realizing I hadn't even had it for 1 year. They were so nice, I spoke with a real person, and they are sending me out a new one (newest model) tomorrow. They are not requiring me to send this old one back either, so no trip out to the post office lugging a heavy box! Hopefully new one will work better. but 5+ stars for the customer service!
