Not at all non-stick (even when you use cooking spray -which sticks itself)or non-scratch (I gently used pizza cutter and it scratched the pan). I expected a heavier feel from stainless steel but would say it is half way between stainless steel and aluminum. When I wash it (before putting in dishwasher) it gives off a metallic smell. It is sized as stated and so there is no edge to catch pizza overflow. It is shiney and has not warped. I use it for multiple purposes. Price is fair but company should not state non stick non scratch.
