While I like the design of the door, the usable box length is less than 20 inches (see attached image). This is due to the indentation in the bottom tray, which appears to be for stacking. This indentation robs my cat of almost 4 inches of the advertised length. If you are purchasing this crate to give your cat more space, be sure to measure your current crate to ensure you actually have the extra space. Do not trust the sizes given.
