This product deserves five stars for how it works and the damage it can prevent. I therefore recommend it, but deducting a star for some inconveniences. The cables from the control panel to the valves are a meager 30 inches long — too short to get from the plumbing around the under-sink chaos to the area accessible for control panel installation. . I would suggest adding 9ft extensions to your order (too long for this use) - except Revain doesn't sell them. An outlet under my sink was supposed to connect two other power cords, but the oddly shaped plug is blocking two of them. Sockets on my 3-way adapter. I almost returned the item because the instructions say it is for the "washing machine" not the sink. In fact, the instructions apply to three different models, although the only clues to this are the three model numbers next to "washing machine" and non-supplied images. works as advertised. So I hope the manufacturer lengthens the valve wires and corrects the instructions, but I still recommend the product.
