I have been using the Icy Hot Smart Relief Hip & Back for a number of years. I have 2 units and have serviced them with battery changes and refills. I have severe lower back pain and sciatica almost every day. I had a terrible search for gas stations. I guess they don't make them anymore. I'm annoyed that the only pack of 2 replacement pads I could find is selling for the ridiculous $52 and am looking for an alternative. The belt arrived yesterday morning. let me tell you Everything about it was easy. I have not read the instructions for wetting the electrodes. Initially I used it dry and was very happy with the variety of settings. The intensity varies depending on the cycle. I look forward to trying different cycles. This brought almost instant relief. It's also very convenient. While it's not discreet like ice-cold tens, it's much more efficient and covers a much larger area! Excellent goods! Worth every penny!
