These blue light filters worked on my three desktop screens. With these stick-on filters, my eyes don't sting at all after a full day in front of screens. The use of these permanent filters is worthwhile. They are NOT glossy and block blue light. I used to have hard, shiny plastic filters hanging in front of my screens, but they DO NOT work. My eyes used to sting after a day's work, and they would shine and reflect. Pooh. I learned how to apply these filters without bubbles. I used these tricks on my little phone screen protector. I repeated these steps 3 times. :First, I go to the bathroom and turn on the shower. This gets rid of any airborne lint and static electricity that can attract airborne particles. Second, I carefully lay the large screen on the counter, clean, locate, and remove with tape I take carefully remove the filter on the plastic pad, find the connection and clean it. Third, I find the tab on side 1 and peel back the plastic, holding the filter flat over the screen. I start at one end while pulling the plastic down from the bottom. The filter is far enough away from the screen to rest on my hand. Fourth, I slowly and methodically take the plastic scraper and squeeze ALL the bubbles out by pulling the plastic from the underside. I take my time moving the scraper up and down an inch at a time. I never let the blisters stay until I remove more plastic. I lift a small area and remove the villi with tape if necessary. It's slow but perfect for 3 big screens. The secret is to run the shower first and rid the air of lint and static electricity. Oh, you have to turn off the shower before you start applying the filter or mist will form.
