YALUNTALUN and I recently had a bad encounter. I ordered a necklace and a pair of shoes, but when the box came, the necklace wasn't there. I sent an email to their customer support department right away, but it took them three days to reply. When I did hear back, I was informed that the necklace was sold out and that my purchase couldn't be filled. That they didn't let me know about this sooner or give me a refund for the item made me angry. Even worse, the customer support agent didn't offer an apology and seemed unconcerned about my issues. Overall, I found YALUNTALUN's subpar customer care and lack of transparency to be very disappointing. I won't be doing any more purchasing with them, and I'd advise others to steer clear of them as well.
