This product has helped us with solving our client's problem of not having enough data points to create their own custom rewards programs without paying huge fees or hiring expensive consultants, etc., that are too costly when trying to start up your business! I have no dislikes about this system so far at all!! We're happy customers because it helps take away some stress from running an online retail store by managing marketing campaigns, reward cards offered in-store and through email blasts, email communications sent out to our existing clients. I like that it's easy to use, has many features out of the box and can be customized as needed. It does not have any downsides at all but maybe some users might find its layout confusing or hard to navigate. We are solving our customers' problems by providing them with an intelligent platform which helps us keep track of their shopping behavior in real time.
