Very comfortable underarm. So much so that my husband won't wear it. But that seems to be a common complaint against him, so he might just be long-shouldered. This one was also a bit small in the shoulders. The seam went over the shoulder, not along the edge. lighter material. Usually quite happy with Salty crew shirts. Unfortunately not this one, it sucks because I liked the design/logo of this one. I'm hesitant to give less than 4 stars because we love Salty Crew but I just can't give 5 stars because my husband doesn't wear a shirt.
