A very useful and effective product. I have regular Zoom meetings and I never thought that I look quite suspicious and that my appearance depends a lot on the lighting in the room, which can change depending on the time of day and whether the curtains are open. This mount comes with two attachment options: a large, strong clip with good ball action that can be tightened for precise positioning. The clip attaches to the edge of a table or monitor, and I've attached it to both my 27" desktop LCD and my 15" laptop. The bezel on it is pretty tight, and yet this clip was able to hold it securely on the small bezel without falling off or moving. The other setup option is a small flexible tripod, which I haven't tried, but it looks the same as the tripod I bought to hold my phone while recording video, and that tripod works well, so I expect it fits. The flashlight itself has a standard screw, which fits on a standard tripod (included). and the clamp also attaches to the same standard tripod screw. The light is a ring with a circular array of LEDs about 1 1/2 inches wide and has a thin cable that leads to the USB port. I would like to point out that if you are unfamiliar with connecting to a computer, you can just take an old USB charger and plug it in. It only needs a standard 5V voltage and doesn't draw a lot of current (max amps or so I guess) because it's LED. The cable also has a control box halfway up. The control unit has a power button, two buttons to switch between 5 possible brightness levels and two buttons to switch between 5 color temperatures, so a total of 5 buttons. how it works. This is not professional equipment, but something that can be used for production. professional youtube show or live broadcast. and the people who do it for a living have a $150+ microphone, a high-quality camera, and more expensive lighting. This device is for people like me who just want to look more presentable for meetings or social networking. He's perfect for that. Setup couldn't be simpler - I plugged it in, snapped it in, and selected the settings in just about 2 minutes. It has a color palette ranging from fairly warm to fairly cool (the warmest setting helps me look natural at the moment) and it looks like the color palette should suit most skin tones and lighting conditions. The light is pleasant and even, and that's the main thing. You can adjust the brightness to 5 possible levels, which will be enough to get what most people need in most situations. I would say that 5 temperatures and 5 levels of brightness are quite acceptable and the included accessories are quite good for a budget device. I would think having a few more levels of lightness, like being able to get a little darker and a little more gradient between the lightnesses, and the same for the color range would be a plus (maybe 10 levels starting a little less bright and a slightly brighter), but I don't see that as a big downgrade for a device in this price range with good mounting options. I also suspect that if one needs even more precise control, this could be obtained from a more expensive device. It looks like there's an option for a slightly larger gradient for around the same price, although to be honest other competing options at the same price didn't come with a tripod. I was tempted to see this as a fair compromise, but after reconsidering, I suspect that adding more gradients would probably be possible without impacting the cost, so I'm deducting a bit as others have done just that .
