Poor packaging in the filter accessory
Used with no problems buying any of these filters. This one arrived with an open pack of clay beads and an unsealed box. There was also a small piece of air hose, which this filter does not use! However, I love these electric sponge filters because I can't hear them and they work better for my small fish and bettas. You must look for another seller with the same product.
