Review on 2.2 Inch Desk Grommet Outlet W/ USB, US Standard Outlet & 6.56 FT Extension Cord - ETL Listed by Alec Winsor

Needed an outlet for my Sonos speaker in my porch ceiling and found this, which worked out perfectly. Drilled a 2" hole in the ceiling and pulled the cord through. Then put the nut on the other side and tightened which made a very snug and solid installation. Plugged it into an outlet that I had installed above the ceiling (that was the most difficult part) and then plugged my Sonos speaker into it. Perfect! Now I can enjoy Sonos on my porch without cords getting in the way. USB could be used if I wanted to replace Sonos with a Bluetooth speaker. Just wanted to share an unusual use for this great product.
