The platform is very flexible and the customer service department is always ready to answer any questions or concerns we have. Their software is very user friendly and their team is very helpful. We have been able to expand our customer service department to include a virtual assistant that is on call 24/7. We are able to have our virtual assistant take customer calls and direct them to the right person in our customer service department. We have been able to keep most of our costs low and continue to grow!
