They look good, but

I haven't even tested them yet, but I know I have to loosen the wheels. I wear women 11W, took 12, they fit well. Feels a bit big but I think if I took the 11M they would be too snug. I'm worried about 3 of my wheels not lighting up? I have white skates. I also bought a pair of shoelaces, one WHITE and the other GREEN, for some odd reason I'd like to explain from this company. I spent money on wheels and 3/8s don't work. Of the remaining 5, only 2 work properly, the rest are buggy and work intermittently. I don't know if these skates qualify as "cheap" skates. All I know is that I didn't get what I paid for. Disappointing.
