The fan arrived on time and the packaging was intact. It looked like an OEM fan with a few minor differences. I replaced my standard fan as it was making an annoying noise. First I tried to connect this fan to make sure it works before installing it. The fan worked but was clearly unbalanced and making almost the same noise as my old OEM fan. I figured it would be better if it was mounted in an under-dash box, so I tried installing it. The OEM fan slides effortlessly into the case. With a lot of pressure, I couldn't get this fan into my truck's fan housing. So. I contacted the seller to say it doesn't fit and isn't balanced. They provided an RMA but stated I was not eligible for a return. These units are heavy so sending them back is not cheap. Why should I pay return shipping for something that doesn't work as advertised? Save $40 and buy something else.
