Glad I received this and tried it within the 30 day return period. No steam, just one click. The water appears to be heating up, but no steam comes out. Sent back for exchange. I will update my rating when I get a replacement. WHEN YOU ORDER THIS MAKE SURE IT WORKS IN THE RETURNS WINDOW! I'm happy to report that the replacement worked great! Probably a defective seal in the first wipe. He did an excellent job on the floors in the kitchen and bathroom, which are tiled. Before applying, I knelt on my hands and knees to dry and rinse them off. I am 67 years old and can no longer because of my knees. The steam is hot and the pad is not thick enough to penetrate and scrape through the floor. Love the fact that it's lightweight and creates steam without the pull and push like my previous shark pocket mop. I didn't like the shark because it only made steam when you pushed it across the floor. Landed in the trash because of the trouble. Also, the Shark didn't produce enough vapor and left my floors getting wet. This mop doesn't wet my floors and they dry in minutes. Do yourself a favor and use bottled water to avoid descaling your device. Tap water wears out seals over time. I am happy with my purchase.
