The kit was fairly easy to install and set up, but I had a problem when using it. I called customer service on a Saturday and got a message that their hours weren't working. including weekends. So I hung up and a few minutes later I got a call from Ohio. No big deal, it was the customer service for this product. As expected the center was pre registered so I think it was called Greg said that he fixed the problem and called me back when it's done. About two hours later he called me back and said everything should be fine. Didn't leave voicemail. IMPRESSIVE! And they solved the problem almost immediately. This type of support is almost inaudible. Thanks very much! The system works great, the only limitation is the range of the Wi-Fi signal.
