Great Device: Water Detectors and Alarms

Connecting the device to the network was a little tricky, although I'm pretty good at connecting smart home devices. After talking to tech support, they helped me. This device should not be missing in any household if you want to avoid water damage.

  • AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF IN 5 SECONDS - Knowing your house has a leak is good, knowing where the leak is coming from is good, but automatically turning off the water in your house in 5 Seconds is even better

Not sure if it works when needed.

This system was installed by a plumber when we were building our house. This worked for a month but now my sensors keep going off and I had to reconnect 2 of them to get them working. I get 3 to 5 messages a day that the sensor has gone offline. My hub is in a closet and it doesn't seem to matter how far away the sensors are. The farthest is about 35 meters. If this continues, I'll look at another system.

Great product and great customer support!

The kit was fairly easy to install and set up, but I had a problem when using it. I called customer service on a Saturday and got a message that their hours weren't working. including weekends. So I hung up and a few minutes later I got a call from Ohio. No big deal, it was the customer service for this product. As expected the center was pre registered so I think it was called Greg said that he fixed the problem and called me back when it's done. About two hours later he called me back and…
