I got my first tile for free last year and I was delighted. I used it to keep track of my keys and cell phone (which I can call from my keys). When I needed another kei tracker I almost bought another brand that was on sale. But then I googled comparison reports and found that the top tech sites rated Tile with the loudest ringtone and best range. In addition, Tile has a large network of users who help each other keep track of the tiles. If you lose something attached to your tile, it will show up on the map when another tile user is within range of an app-enabled object. So this time I ordered two packs of 4 tiles. We hid one in the car in case it was ever stolen, one in the trailer for the same reason and another clipped to our dog's collar just in case. I gave one to my son as a key and used the other for a second set of keys. Last week I also gave a tile to a friend who keeps losing her keys and she has used it several times. These new tiles come with replaceable batteries that were not included in the original version. Those batteries were only good for a year and then you had to replace the tile. So make sure you buy the NEW 2018 version with replaceable batteries. 4 packs at current price is just under $15 per tile (with Prime). I've saved literally hundreds of dollars in time and potential locksmith costs, not to mention newfound peace of mind by using my tiles (which is why I bought so many this time). This is one of the best investments I've ever made and I highly recommend it. * I am in no way affiliated with the tile manufacturer or seller; This is my honest, unsolicited opinion.
