Their customer support is excellent. They know what they're doing when it comes to optimizing pages for faster load times. I've had issues in the past where their CDN was not working properly and it took them almost two weeks to get back to me, but since then we haven't had any problems. The only thing I dislike about them is that sometimes you have to be patient and wait for your page to load on Google's caches before it will show up on their own. Make sure you do some research into who you want to use first before you decide.
