I love the design of this product, low profile wall plug, spaced ports, phone and tablet charging ports. It attached perfectly to the side table next to my chair, and the flat fork allowed the table to be pushed close to the wall. Can turn on the lamp and charge devices at the same time when all wires are out of sight, that is, until the switch breaks after 5 days. It turned off every time I tried to turn it on. The man said it was a bad switch. I would like to return the product for a refund, but we threw away the packaging and not sure if the seller will accept a return without the original packaging. I'd rather replace it with one that actually works because it was perfect for my space. :-(UPDATED REVIEW: I upgraded to 5 stars because the company contacted me just a few days after my review. They offered to try a few things and when they didn't work they just sent a new one straight away. It came Arrived 2 days earlier than expected and it works great. They were professional, friendly, fast and accommodating. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. I understand that any manufacturing facility can make a mistake from time to time, but this company did correct and I apologize for any inconvenience.
