Most likely not cheap stainless steel, but something else
Preserved with corrosion and oxidation. If they are stainless steel they are very low/cheap SS quality. "3M" rubber sticky pads are good, but difficult to remove from wax paper. As a result, the machine work is of poor quality (lots of marks from the tooling), it's not polished and I highly doubt it's stainless steel. . The only quality here is the ziplock bags that come with everything. Many Thanks.
