Hemway Rose Gold Holographic Glitter Grout Tile Additive 100G Tiles Bathroom Review

I wanted to add a little 'pop' in a huge new shower we were doing in our master bathroom renovation. I did a lot of research, and the only commercial glitter grout I could find (TEC FX) did not get good ratings or reviews for wet environments. I decided to give this additive a try. First, I did a little test sample, mixing it with my DeLorean Gray TEC grout and grouting a small piece of mosaic tile (used 1" marble hexagon mosaic). The directions they have are no good. Found out afterwards that the way to achieve the thick glitter look is to press the glitter into the wet grout, when tiles are already in place. If you mix it in it doesn't matter how much you use it will just come out looking like a few specks in the grout.

The tile guy just finished my bathroom yesterday and had never seen this before. I'm super upset because I must have misread the ratio and clearly did not buy enough. I wanted it super sparkly and got white glitter for white grout. I went with 2 bags and mixed it in 15 pounds of grout. There are a few sparkles jere and there but nothing like I wanted. I mixed this product with KBS Coatings Diamond Clear and painted it over the grout in my shower using painters tape for clean lines. It looks AWESOME the shower just sizzles with copper and it doesn't come off. Impervious to water or regular use. Very happy.

I LOVE this stuff. Turns any room and boring pain grout into a magical experience. If you mix the right colors together and go for the holographic glitter, it really adds a lot to a room. While of course its great for a kids area or bathroom, why be boring as an adult!

I love this product! Used with penny tile on a bathroom floor! I used 2 packs and I would just recommend buying extra because the 2 packets made it perfect for what I wanted!

I doubled what it says to use, I absolutely love it! I used it for our fireplace and it adds just the right amount of sparkle!

Super easy to use but the bag was small and it barely showed up in the grout of a kitchen stovetop feature box backsplash. The size is roughly a 2 x3 area for 6 square feet.However, whatever is there does appear, it adds a beautiful sparkle which you can see at different angles.
