I was surprised to receive 2 of these knives in one package and having used one for the first time I was very glad I did as both my wife and I love it. The size, weight and design make this knife very useful for many kitchen uses. Of all the knives we own, this has quickly become our favorite. The 5" blade is long enough to handle many different tasks, the handle is designed to be extremely comfortable and the knife easy to control, the blade was razor sharp when it arrived and held up after intense use she the blade I sharpened professional sharpener, after only going through a few blades the blade was very sharp again and still has that edge. It is very good value for money and is also durable. Also, we plan to buy sets for our adult children as gifts.
