Micro cable grippers blocked after a week. The support team suspected and extorted personal information! The product packaging says it is Essen Germany but it is cheap Chinese quality. For 10€ for 2 cables I expected German quality! I don't mind paying more for QUALITY. The replacement cable came quickly, but then "Bob" kept asking for personal information instead of "worrying about it being used for logistics". Shortly after, I received an email from "Caitlyn" wanting me to change my product review! This is the WORST experience I have had with a Revain product and what I am currently experiencing is a Chinese CHEAP product posing as having a reputation for German quality, phishing and pushing to change my product review. Another bad experience with "Made in CHINA" :(. (shakes head.)
