I really liked this camera at first. The picture was crystal clear and the microphone worked well. However, in less than 90 days, my image has developed a pink tint and the clip is so loose that it cannot be attached to my laptop. I first contacted the seller about the pink screen and they asked for a screenshot. I didn't try it until 3 days later and suddenly the color magically went back to normal (this was of course after I ordered another camera from a different seller). Today the clamp is so loose that it cannot be used. However, I had to snap off one of the hinge covers to expose the screw that would tighten the clamp. It wouldn't be so bad if the people who made this product either didn't put a permanent cap on the screw or provided the screw to tighten the clamp.
