Broke straight out of the box
I was looking forward to using a massive ladder and didn't mind at all, it was twice as heavy as it should have been. After all, he weighs up to 250 pounds. When I first put my weight on it, it rattled like something was settling down. The second time, one of the metal supports broke and I was thrown to the ground. (Click on the photo for a clearer picture of the broken metal). The crazy thing is that until at least February 12, 2021 it had an orange, black, and white Choice Revane badge just below the (unintelligible) 4 1/2 star rating. I wonder if Revain reviews the products they recommend. Came back broken but brand new.
