This ladder is exactly what I wanted and needed. Basically I needed a small set of portable ladders. I wanted a place to climb when I reached the shelves in the closet and a place to sit while putting on my shoes. Something I can fold up and store away when I don't want it on view and easy to carry when I need it elsewhere. That's great. Strong, durable, you don't have to bother with folding it. Love it.

After months of searching and returning the previous three tier stools, I found the perfect fit. Item arrived on time, well protected in packaging. This item is used in my tiny house to get to bed and easy to store throughout the day. Every centimeter counts, this ladder folds nice and flat. It doesn't slide on the floor and I feel safe. My body is old and injured, so safety is an important factor for me.

Perfect height. Good modern aesthetics and construction. I understand the fuss about the red button. But I found out. Tip: To close, pull the handle with one hand to lift the stool off the floor, press the red button with the other hand, and then touch the horizontal bar on the floor with one foot. When you tap your foot on the horizontal bar, it closes with a light push. Also, I put B for the extra step to close.

I was looking forward to using a massive ladder and didn't mind at all, it was twice as heavy as it should have been. After all, he weighs up to 250 pounds. What a terrible design. I wanted a toddler to be able to reach the sink and for that purpose it's really useless. Judging by the picture you might think this is aluminum or some other light metal and the black parts are rubber because it makes sense. Metal is something terribly heavy (difficult to fold and store) and the black parts are cheap plastic, not flexible and lacking in grip so the whole assembly slides very easily. This stool is fantastic. It's easy enough for my 3 year old to maneuver and adjust to. It's the perfect height to reach the top shelf (I'm 5ft 4in) and thin enough to fit behind a small gap behind our fridge. It doesn't have big handles, so it's very easy to remove. This is an extremely dangerous ladder. Sturdy plastic feet are absolutely non-slip. On a hard surface such as tile, wooden floors or even asphalt, if you lose your balance even a little, the ladder will slide out from under you. I was hoping and the reviews seemed good for our cargo trailer, foldable, two-stage, well. Not at all what I expected. Is the bottom step useless if you step out of the trailer and then there are PLASTIC FEET? For real? Who knew plastic was better than non-slip rubber?
