I was hoping and the reviews seemed good for our cargo trailer, foldable, two-stage, well. Not at all what I expected. Is the bottom step useless if you step out of the trailer and then there are PLASTIC FEET? For real? Who knew plastic was better than non-slip rubber? But the first day I used it the plastic (should be rubber) slipped and now it feels like your legs are squeezing every time you use it. Then another question, if the load is shared between two leg sets, WHY is there only 1 latch? The step now appears crooked and bent because it is only statically supported on one side. However, experience has shown that be careful of your fingers when trying to unlock them, they can bite. We threw it in the garage and bought a 2 speed Rubbermaid. I hate wasting time writing reviews and will never leave a bad review unless I've given the seller a chance to make it up to me. In this case I think it's a great idea (2-step fold) that hasn't been fully implemented yet and when it comes to my safety I have something to say about it. So, Delxo, replace the plastic feet with rubber feet, add a second latch on the left, make the bottom step stick out so it's really useful.
