I suffer from sciatic pain and our 13 hour trip to Florida was going to be a potential nightmare for me UNTIL I found it! MY GOD! I would highly recommend these therapeutic massage balls to anyone who needs to target specific pressure points for relief. For most of the trip, I took turns riding these balls in specific spots under my foot. Usually after half an hour or an hour I'm in quite a bit of pain but with these balls it's been AMAZING! I would highly recommend them to anyone suffering from sciatic nerve pain in particular!
