Looks the same as the photo! It has multiple lighting modes that you can toggle with the mouse buttons. Works great, no problems. Only criticism is that the mouse comes with 0 instructions and you have to look for drivers on a website that is only vaguely listed on the box. All in all a great mouse, I love that you can have profiles with custom macros and such on the mouse. definitely buy again.
