These pants are made for mild weather, not cold. Feel good, nothing pinches or binds and they are very thin for the amount of heat they retain. Worn them sporadically for 3 winters and they are almost ready for the trash. From the first wash, they collected and collected all sorts of villi. I like coldpruf thermos but the polypropylene ones are inefficient in my opinion, but what about the pile? I work outside most of the time no matter what the weather so I won't be buying them again. 3 stars give a bit more but being thin they can be good for everyday wear under regular clothing if you spend most of your time indoors and not outdoors in winter.
