I thought I lost my Fitbit because when my backpack ripped on it the connection between the strap and the watch face must have snapped. I've worn it a couple of times and everything was fine. I found it in the driveway and tried again. Made sure it was as secure as possible, pulled to check and it popped back out. This is very bad because it is almost perfect. but the Fitbit is too expensive to bet on a strap that's unlikely to go away.
