Professional quality. On par with what we use in commercial bakery. Produced a beautiful and evenly baked loaf on first use. Can't wait for many more beautiful homemade loaves in the near (immediate!) future. [Will update for durability.]For reference with video/image of loaf:Basic White Sandwich BreadTotal of 1240g doughFinal proofing at 75-80% height in the pan (I want a perfect square bread so planning to proof until 85-90% height)Baked at 365°F for 40 mins covered from start to finish, oven untouched
