Good: This is a very nice handle. saw length. The instructions ask that you test the flush after you cut the arm - at this point it will be a bit late if the cut is too short. Bad: The spring return mechanism is very weak and doesn't return the lever to its original position, which keeps the water flowing. Bad: The lever needs to be a tight fit on the tank to prevent movement (rattle) as the square mounting flange is much smaller than the square hole on the tank, but tightening it up interferes with the weak spring return mechanism (see above) After repeated attempts at adjustment, gave up and returned the lever.
