I would give a negative review but not an option here but at least 1 star. Unfortunately!. Need a remote control for Westinghouse 40 inch LED TV. I asked the seller before ordering as the universal remote didn't work (tried all the codes to program). After her reassurance I placed an order only to get DOA (died on arrival), tried it out, 3 sets of AAA batteries, none worked, IR lights didn't flicker at all, none of the TV's functions worked. Revain was unable to issue a refund but did arrange shipping for a refund (takes an additional 7 business days = up to 2 weeks). What a hassle for this purchase. I'm back to the status quo of "no remote and can't control the TV at all". I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHINESE SELLER because of the reliability of their defective products, they don't test it before sending it for shipment, and the buyer will get a lot. DO NOT AND ALWAYS DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS SELLER.
