Review on 🔩 High Strength Aluminum Alloy 6063 T-Track Hold Down Clamps - Fine Sandblast Black Anodized - Woodworking and Clamps - 2 Pack by Jack Ngo

Just received 4 packs of 48" rails; it was well packaged in good condition. The biggest problem and the reason for the 3 stars is that it is slightly wider than the advertised 3/4". My guess is that the manufacturer didn't take into account the thickness of the powder coating, which is good quality by the way. Almost broke the melamine table on my drill press trying to fit the material into a 3/4" slot that I milled. And then when I finally pushed it a little bit into the groove, the edges of the table were curled down. Right now I'm just making one more pass with the router. But I have ordered a 25/32" cutter to use for this route in the future. Today I only need one of the 48" bits, but will be using the larger bit from now on. I was torn between giving this review 3 or 4 stars. I chose 3 because I think manufacturers should think about it from the beginning and not leave it to us customers to figure it out. Once I get this piece and try it on I'll come back and let you know if it's the right size for that track.
