We love how easy it was for our team members with no technical experience at all (we're just regular office workers) to start using this app right away without any training or help. The interface of the product makes you feel like an expert after very few minutes! I wish we had more features such as being able to have multiple accounts within one device because sometimes when someone has their phone they need access to another account while working remotely but there isn't that option yet which can be frustrating occasionally.
