Bought this to carry Samsung Note 2 with me Note 2 doesn't fit but just about. The problem is measuring the top and bottom chords. In other words, it's the width of the phone that ensures a snug fit. If you have a bulky case on your Note 2, forget it, it won't fit. I just rode 4 miles and it has no rebound issues. The straps are elastic enough and wide enough for a comfortable fit. I have the "iFitness" brand and they ride about the same but can fit a lot more. Driver's license. Again, what more do you need.
