Review on Pexflow PXLN0012 10° PEX Elbow Fitting by Ahmed Rowe

I don't use these fittings with PEX clamps. Although they say 5/8" fittings are slightly larger than 1/2" (Pex sizes are different than regular plumbing fittings). So they fit 1/2" hoses very securely and I use standard stainless steel clamps. While I don't clamp them down with a double clamp like is typically done on boats, I'm pretty confident that a single clamp will get the job done , as less tightening is required to seal the connection and there is less stress on the clamp.I will be using them in a freshwater system but I am in a salty marine environment so time will tell how they hold up to corrosion.Salt water often galls the zinc will strip the brass and make the fittings brittle. But I'm probably fine with this application.
